RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Items must have been purchased from WYLDBUCK.
Cancellations
If you contact us to cancel your order up to 24 hours before the arranged delivery slot, we will arrange a full refund of the purchase price. If the order is cancelled after this time we reserve the right to deduct our delivery charge of £95 from the amount to be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, if we do not deliver in your area, if one or more of the goods were listed at an incorrect price or we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need another item or alternative size, please place a new order and follow the cancellation of return procedure for your original purchase.
Returns
Because of our bespoke build and delivery service we do not anticipate many returns based on, e.g. incorrect sizing, wrong item sent or pre-use damage, as the bike will have been signed for based on the correct item having been delivered in a new and unused condition.
If you wish to return an item you should contact us at customerservice@wyldbuck.com within 14 days from delivery of the order.
We shall contact you and ask you to complete a returns form, which will require proof of purchase and may request photographic or video evidence. You will then have 14 days to complete the form. We shall contact you upon receipt of the completed form as to whether the return request has been accepted.
If the return request has been accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Please ensure that care is taken with items you are wishing to return, as they must be returned in a new and unused condition. E-bikes must be returned with the provided charger, key, battery and manuals. Wyldbuck does not accept liability for any damage caused during return of items.
If the return is accepted by Wyldbuck, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
If the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc) we shall be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the item is being returned as a result of a change of mind, wrong size or wrong item purchased, or the item is not suitable, the customer is responsible for all return costs incurred.
Refunds are processed in GBP (£). Refunds will be returned to the same payment method that was used to purchase the goods. Once a refund has been processed, we will email the customer to let them know.
We reserve the right to reject any goods which are not returned in line with our Return Policy, and the customer may be liable for the cost of returning these items to Wyldbuck.
